Herb cooked Halibut

1/4 cup packaged plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup minced green onion tops
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 (3/4 inch thick) Halibut Steaks
4 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste


Heat oven to 450 F. Tear off four 12 inch squares of foil. Lightly coat one side of each with vegetable spray or oil. Place a fish on a square. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with prepared crumb mixture. Fold foil and seal securely. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until done. Remove from foil. Garnish with lemon.
