Herbed Flounder

1 (12 oz.) package frozen Flounder Fillets
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 tsp. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. crumbled dried leaf sage
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Arrange separated and thawed Fillets on foil covered rack of broiler pan. Mix butter, onion, sage, and thyme. Spread over Fillets. Set oven control to broil. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat, brushing occasionally with butter mixture until Fillets flake easily with fork, about 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

Yield: 4 servings.
