Pan Fried Fish

1 lb. Orange Roughy
1 cup unseasoned bred crumbs
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1 egg
1/4 cup milk

Tartar Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

Mix egg and milk. Mix crumbs and crackers. Dip fish into milk then into crumbs. Fry over medium heat until medium brown. Place on cookie sheet in oven at 375 F for 10-15 minutes. Serve with tartar sauce and fresh lemon.

TARTAR SAUCE: Mix all ingredients and chill.
