Parmesan broccoli Sole Fillet

2 x 1 lb. frozen Sole Fillet
10 oz. chopped broccoli
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup creamy Italian dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Thaw fish (in wrapper) 30 minutes.

Cut each block into thirds. Place in greased baking dish in refrigerator.

Steam broccoli and set aside to cool.

Saute chopped onion in oil and cool.

Add remaining ingredients to onion.

Mash the broccoli and spread on fish.

Spread cheese mixture on broccoli.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 400 F, or until fish flakes.
