Red Snapper En Papillote

2 lbs. red Snapper Fillets, or other fresh Fillets
1 medium green pepper, sliced into rings
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
1/4 cup melted butter or soy margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. tamari
1 tsp. paprika
1 slice fresh ginger, grated


Brush Fillets with half the melted butter and sprinkle with seasonings. Saute onion, green pepper and ginger in rest of butter or margarine in large skillet for 5 minutes. Place Fillets on top of vegetables, cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork.
