Red Snapper In Orange Sauce

2 lbs. red Snapper Steaks
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash nutmeg

Place Steaks in a single layer in a well-greased baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake in 350 degree oven 25- 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Remove to a heated serving platter. Pour any sauce remaining in pan over fish and garnish with parsley.

Serves 6
