Red Snapper With Cashews

2 lbs. fresh or frozen red Snapper
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
2 cups soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
Dash of pepper

Cut fish into 6 portions. Sprinkle with little salt. Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter or margarine over fish. Combine crumbs, nuts, salt and pepper. Add remaining melted butter. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish. Bake at 350 F until fish flakes easily, when tested with fork, 25 to 30 minutes.
