Salmon flounder Rouladen

1 medium onion, thinly sliced
4 fresh Flounder Fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (7 1/4 oz.) can Salmon, drained, flaked
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chili sauce

Line bottom of 8x8x2 inch dish with onion. Sprinkle Fillets with salt and pepper. Place 1/4 of the Salmon on each fillet. Roll up lengthwise, place in dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven 25 minutes; remove.

Stir together remaining ingredients, spoon over Fillets. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with watercress, lemon slices and cooked Shrimp, if desired.

Yields: 4
