Salmon Salad In Tomato Cups

1 can Salmon, skin and bones removed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
6 medium tomatoes
Lettuce

Sprinkle Salmon with lemon juice and mix with all remaining ingredients except the tomatoes and lettuce. Turn the tomatoes end down and cut each to - but not through - the bottom. Sprinkle the cut surface with salt and spread edges apart slightly. Spoon Salmon mixture into the tomato cups and serve on lettuce beds.
