1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Salmon
1 egg, slightly beaten (may substitute egg white for whole egg for low cholesterol)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Drain Salmon; flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4-5 patties. Pan fry in small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments. When finished sprinkle with cheese.
