1 (14 oz.) can Salmon, undrained
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/4-1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Heat oil in deep fat fryer to 350 F. Drain Salmon liquid into measuring cup. Empty fish into bowl, flake and add egg, onion and flour. Measure 1/4 cup of fish liquid and add baking powder. Beat with a fork until it forms and add it to the Salmon mixture. Drop by spoonfuls into heated oil, let it fry until it turns itself over and browns slightly (about 1 minute).
