Savory Grilled Swordfish

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup minced green onions
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
1 1/2 lb. Swordfish Steaks

Combine soy sauce, sherry, green onions, oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, mustard and ginger. Place Swordfish in shallow baking dish. Add marinade, cover and let stand 1 hour. Over medium hot coals or on broiler, cook Swordfish 8 to 10 minutes per side.

Makes 4 servings
