Sole Zucchini

4-6 Sole Fillets (Flounder may be substituted)
4-6 small zucchini squash, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 toes garlic, chopped fine
2 tsp. green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup lemon juice

Boil zucchini until tender. Saute fish in butter, about 4 minutes each side. In a baking dish, layer zucchini, Fillets and then pour the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 to 400 F for 18-20 minutes. Serve with French bread.
