Sour Cream Halibut Or Salmon

1 cup white wine or sauterne
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. Halibut or Salmon Fillets
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Dash paprika

Mix wine and salt and marinate fish for at least one hour. Drain fish and dip both sides in bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish. Mix together the next 5 ingredients. Sprinkle cheese over fish and spread mayonnaise mixture over cheese. Sprinkle the remaining bread crumbs and paprika over the top. Bake at 500 F for 20 minutes.
