Special Fish

2 lb. Fish Fillets, Sole or Flounder
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. herb flavored salad dressing mix
1/4 lb. fresh or canned mushrooms
Lemon slices

Place fish in a shallow casserole. Mix all ingredients (except mushrooms) and pour over fish. Saute mushrooms and place over top. Place thin slices of lemon on mushrooms. Cover and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes (this is also good without mustard. White wine may be used instead of chicken broth. If not using mustard, try vermouth).
