Spicy Baked Whole Flounder

2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil leaves
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. onion powder
2-3 lbs. Flounder


Combine the spices and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Split the Flounder on both sides and partially Fillet meat away from bones. Baste large fish generously.


Bake 25-35 minutes in pre-heated oven at 350 F or until meat is flaky. Recipe should handle 2 large Flounder. A feast for eight!
