Spicy Sole

2 lbs. frozen Fillets of Sole, thawed
5 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar, tarragon, cider or wine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Carefully separate Sole Fillets. Combine remaining ingredients; spread half of mixture on fish; place on an oiled pan.

Broil fish about 4" from source of heat for 5 minutes. Spread remaining sauce on fish. Broil 5 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Makes 6-8 servings
