Stuffed Filet of Sole

8 large Fillets of Flounder (Sole)
1 (8 oz.) package bread stuffing
2 Tbsp. chopped dill
1 (6 oz.) package Swiss cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup melted butter
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs

Sprinkle Fillets with salt and lemon juice.

Mix stuffing, dill, cheese, broth and 1/2 butter.

Spoon stuffing on Fillets and roll them up; secure with toothpick (a skewer might be better).

Grease shallow baking pan; place Fillets in pan.

Spoon rest of butter and lemon juice over Fillets. Sprinkle on for flakes and more dill. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F.
