Stuffed Filet of Sole

8 Sole Fillets (Flounder is okay but not as good)
Fresh Crab Meat, 1/2 lb.
4 saltine crackers, crushed
Thyme, sprinkle
Parsley, 1 Tbsp. chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper
Worcestershire Sauce
Butter


Arrange Fillets on baking pan so that the smaller ones are on the bottom of layers of each pair. Mix Crab Meat, crumbs, thyme, parsley salt, pepper and spoon onto the Fillets. Sprinkle with a little worcestershire sauce. Top with the large Fillets. Sprinkle a little more worcestershire sauce. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 F about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked.
