Stuffed Fillet of Flounder Or Sole

1 lb. Flounder or Sole Fillets (4 or 5 medium)
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1 cup flavored bread crumbs
Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In 1 quart saucepan melt margarine; add garlic powder. Stir in bread crumbs; set aside.

Place each fillet in ungreased baking pan. Spread bread crumb mixture along each fillet. Then roll up each fillet and secure with toothpick. Then sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top of each rolled fillet and then sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork.
