Stuffed Flounder

1 cup cooked rice
2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. frozen Flounder, thawed

Preheat oven to 375 F. Melt butter, stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper; combine rice and drained broccoli, cheese and 1/4 cup butter mixture in medium bowl and mix well. Separate fish Fillets. Divide broccoli/rice mixture evenly among Fillets. Roll up Fillets and place seam side down in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. (You may bake covered or cover when done.)
