Stuffed Flounder

3 cups herbed bread crumbs
1 cup seeded chopped tomato
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 cup sliced mushrooms, sauteed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. savory
1 tsp. basil
2-3 lbs. Flounder Fillets
Greased baking dish
Toothpicks
Lemon wedge
Parsley


For Stuffing: Mix all ingredients except fish and half of butter. Spread stuffing onto each fillet. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Place in prepared baking dish, seam side down. Brush with remaining butter. Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes. When done, garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
