Stuffed Haddock

2 Haddock Fillets
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
2/3 cup cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Lemon wedges


Filling:
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2/3 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper


Brush Fillets with melted butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Put one Haddock fillet in buttered baking dish and spread with mushroom filling. Cover with remaining Haddock fillet and pour over it 2/3 cup cream. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven, or until brown. Garnish with fresh lemon when serving.
