Stuffing for Baked Flounder

1 1/2 cups Crab Meat
1 onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 stick margarine
Bread crumbs (plain)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten


Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter until wilted. Add to remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix with enough bread crumbs to make it a little dry and hold together. Season to taste.


Cut a gash in the top side of the Flounder from front to back. Stuff Crab mixture into cavity and bake slowly at 300 F until fish flakes. Brush occasionally with melted margarine while baking.
