Sweet and Sour Halibut

1/2 to 1 lb. Halibut cut in 1 inch cubes

Dust pieces with:

3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Heat 6 tablespoon of oil in wok, stir fry fish. Push fish to side and add:

1 sliced onion and 1 green pepper cut in strips

Cook until tender. Remove to serving dish and top with sweet and sour sauce made with:

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Bring to boil, stir until thick. Serves 3 to 4.
