Tuna and Tomato Spaghetti Salad 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked
1 can Tuna fish
1 medium tomato, cut into slices
1/2 cup seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup watercress leaves
Sweet basil
1/3 cup olive oil and vinegar dressing
In a large bowl, put Tuna, tomato, cucumber, scallions, celery, half the watercress, and the dressing and mix together.
Put hot cooked spaghetti in a salad bowl. Add above mixture and mix.
Sprinkle another half of watercress leaves and sweet basil on top.
