Easy Red Snapper

1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 lb. red Snapper Fillets
Lime slices

Combine first 4 ingredients. Arrange fish Fillets in baking dish and sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Cover with waxed paper, microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Rearrange fish halfway through cooking. Garnish with lime slices.

Yield: 4 servings. Serving size: 1/4 recipe.
