Crispy Fish Fillets

1/4 cup butter (or margarine)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 lb. fish Fillets (Flounder or Sole), cut in pieces

Place butter and lemon juice in a 11 3/4" x 7 1/2" x 1 3/4" baking pan. Microwave on High 4-5 minutes.

Mix together crumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip in lemon butter then coat with crumbs. Place in pan with remaining butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave uncovered on High. Halfway turn fish and sprinkle with paprika. Stand for 5 minutes before serving.
