Crispy Fish Sticks

1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 lbs. Grouper or other firm Whitefish Fillets, cut into 1" wide strips
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine mayonnaise, water, juice, and rind in a shallow bowl; stir well. Dip fish in mayonnaise mixture, and dredge in bread crumbs. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 F for 25 minutes or until outside is crispy and browned. Serve with reduced-calorie chili sauce.
