Fresh Haddock With Sour Cream Dill Sauce

Fresh Haddock Fillets - 1 for each person eating
Sour cream or yogurt
Butter or margarine
Fresh dill

Place the Fillets in a baking dish and preheat oven to 350 F. Spread the Fillets with a generous amount of sour cream or yogurt. Sprinkle with a good amount of dill weed and pat liberally with butter or margarine. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. Fish is done when it loses its translucent look and just begins to flake.
