Hungarian Fish Gulyas

2 onions, sliced
2 peppers, cut in rings
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 cups tomato sauce or puree
2 cups water
1 1/2 lbs. frozen Sole or Haddock, thawed
10 cherry tomatoes

Cook first 3 ingredients in margarine for 10 minutes. Add paprika and continue to cook 3 minutes more. Add sugar, water, salt, sauce. Stir well, then add fish Fillets. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, cook 5 minutes more. Remove fish to platter. Pour sauce over.

Serves 2-4
