Savory Baked Fish

1/2 cup chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium size tomato, sliced
1/4 cup dry white wine
4 Flounder or Sole Fillets
1/4 tsp. leaf rosemary
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup chopped green onions


Sprinkle celery in shallow baking pan. Arrange fish over celery, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary, pepper and paprika. Top with tomato and onion. Add wine. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F) for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes.


Serves 4
