Seafood and Rice

Brown rice, enough for 4, prepare separately
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
8 oz. large Shrimp, shelled, remove veins
1 lb. Cod, cut in 1-inch pieces
8 large Scallops
8 oz. Crab, canned
1 clove garlic, sliced
small amount of oil


Use non-stick pan. Saute garlic until very lightly browned. Remove garlic from oil. Saute mushrooms, fish, Scallops, and Shrimp until cooked. Add Crab and heat.


Serves 4
