Squid Shrimp and Scallop Bake

2 1/2 lbs. Squid, cleaned and cut
1 lb. Shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 lb. Scallops, washed well
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
1 whole clove fresh garlic
Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil


Put all of the above in a roasting pan, make sure there is enough juice and oil to cover everything and bake in oven at 375 F until Squid is cooked, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Cover with aluminum foil. (Juice = the water the fish is in when you are cleaning it after several rinses and drains.) Do not overcook or else the fish will be chewy. Serve with linguine or rice.
