Stuffed Fish Roll

1/3 cup water
1/2 cup stuffing mix (homestyle herb or chicken)
3 or 4 oz. Flounder or Sole Fillet
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine

Bring water and butter to boil. Stir in stuffing mix, cover and remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle fish with 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Spoon stuffing into fish and fold loosely to enclose stuffing. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle remaining lemon juice and paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.
