Tempura

1 1/2 lbs. Halibut


Soak 20 minutes in 1/4 cup soy sauce. Roll in: 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper


Cook in 350 to 375 degree vegetable oil.

Sauce:
1 large can chunk pineapple
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 small green pepper, diced
1 diced tomato


Simmer until thick. Serve over Halibut.
