Seafood Soup

2 (8 oz.) packages frozen Sole or Haddock Fillets
1 Tbsp. diet Mazola
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 bay leaf
16 oz. package Green Giant frozen corn-broccoli
8 oz. frozen, medium size uncooked Shrimp, shelled and deveined

Slightly thaw fish; slice into 1 inch pieces. Melt margarine; add onion, chicken broth, thyme, cayenne, and bay leaf. Boil. Stir in Sole and vegetables. Return to boil. Add Shrimp. Simmer 6 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

Serves 9
