Sole In Soup

1 lb. frozen Sole, Flounder, Haddock, or other flaky White Fish
1 can cream of Shrimp soup
1/4 cup sherry
Butter
Parmesan cheese
Optional: extra Shrimp, pieces of Lobster, other seafood


Thaw fish according to package instructions and place in shallow baking pan. Add other ingredients. Dot with butter; sprinkle with cheese, cover and bake 1/2 hour at 375 F. Serve over rice or puff pastry shells.
