Toona Bel Kari (Curry Tuna Casserole) 2 onions, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. flour
2 tsp. tomato paste
Salt, if needed
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 (9 1/2 oz.) can Tuna fish
Fry onion and garlic in butter. Mix in curry powder, flour, tomato paste and salt. Brown, then add tomato puree, vinegar and parsley. Boil for 8 minutes. Mix in Tuna and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
