1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 (5 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 cup (6 1/2 oz.) Tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup cut-up celery
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Melt butter in large skillet, add celery, onion and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender. Reserve 1/4 cup chow mein noodles; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles over top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
