1 (12 oz.) can Tuna
1 (2 3/4 oz.) package potato flakes
1/2 can cream of celery soup
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1 Tbsp. ketchup
Pimentos
Cheese, grated
Combine all ingredients, except potatoes and cheese. Lightly grease 1 1/2-pint baking dish. Put half the Tuna mixture into dish. Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Add half to mixture in dish. Top with remaining Tuna and then the remaining potatoes. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Bake at 300 F until mixture is solid and cheese is browned, about 30 minutes.
