Mock Lobster Casserole

2 lb. Haddock
1 can frozen Shrimp soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or sherry
1 tsp. minced onion
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup bread crumbs or buttery crackers

Place fish in a buttered casserole dish.

Mix soup, lemon juice/sherry. Pour over fish.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 F.

Saute onion and garlic in melted butter, remove from heat, add Worcestershire sauce and crumbs.

Sprinkle mixture and dust with paprika and bake for 10 additional minutes.
