Seafood Casserole

1 lb. Haddock or Scrod
1/2 lb. Shrimp
1/2 lb. Scallops
Ground pepper
1 package Ritz crackers
2-3 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of Shrimp soup
Paprika & garlic powder


In a casserole dish, layer as such: Fish, soup, Shrimp, soup, Scallops, soup.


Melt margarine and crush crackers in margarine until it is all absorbed. Spread on top of layers. Sprinkle with a dash of garlic powder and pepper. Top with paprika. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
