Seafood Casserole

1 small onion, minced
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 lb. medium size Shrimp
1 lb. Haddock
1 lb. Crab Meat, flaked
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons oil until soft; set aside. Cook Shrimp in Old Bay seasoning and water until pink. Clean Shrimp and devein. Boil Haddock in cheesecloth bag with 1/2 teaspoon celery and 1/4 teaspoon salt for 15 minutes. Cut Shrimp into halves and break Haddock into bits.

Mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise. Put into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over top and bake 30 minutes or until browned and bubbling over all. Oven 350 F.
