Seafood Casserole

3/4 lb. fillet fish (Haddock, Cod or Scrod)
3/4 lb. Shrimp
3/4 lb. Crab Meat
1 package frozen cut string beans
1 jar mushrooms
3/4 lb. egg noodles (bread)
1 can each cream Shrimp soup and cheddar cheese soup
3 tsp. flour
3/4 - 1 1/4 cups milk for roux
3 Tbsp. oleo
Bread crumbs


Cook noodles and drain; place in buttered casserole. Steam fish 10 minutes. Peel, drain and cook Shrimp. Cook string bean. Make roux. To roux add beef soups blending well plus 1/2 can milk to make sauce. In casserole; layer sauce; layer cooked beans; layer sauce; layer Crab Meat; layer mushrooms; layer sauce; layer Shrimp; layer sauce; cover with breadcrumbs. Bake, uncovered 3/4 to 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
