Tuna Quick Casserole

1 package noodles
1 cup sour cream or yogurt
3/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1 cup cottage cheese
2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna, drained
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cook noodles as directed. Mix together with sour cream, onion, cottage cheese, and Tuna. Pour into a casserole. Season with Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over top of casserole and shake a little paprika on the top. This can be made ahead. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. You can substitute Crab Meat, chicken, or beef.
