Bread Stuffing and Haddock

2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. water
3 to 4 lbs. Haddock, cleaned, whole


Combine stuffing mixture lightly. Place stuffing in fish. Skewer to hold together. Lay brown paper on cookie sheet. Place fish on paper. Bake at 350 F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until fish is flaky.
