Seafood Newberg

1 cup whole grain rice
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup white wine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 Tbsp. parsley
16 oz. frozen Shrimp
12 oz. Haddock Fillets
12 oz. Crab Meat
1 pint heavy cream (2 cups)


Combine first 7 ingredients. Stir well. Defrost all seafood. Add fish, Shrimp and Crab Meat, coating well with sauce. Cook on low for 7 hours. Stir briskly to break up fish into bite-size pieces. Stir in cream, blending well. Cook 1 hour more.
