Poached Halibut with Vegetables

1 pk (9 oz) frozen pea pods
1 Zucchini; cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 Yellow squash; cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 c Water
2 Halibut steaks; 1 inch thick
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Vegetable oil
1/8 ts Tarragon


Wrap pea pods and squash in separate aluminum foil package. Pour water into cooker. Place vegetable packets and halibut on rack in cooker Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle over halibut. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 4 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker at once under running water faucet, pour cold water over it, or place it in a pan of cold water until pressure is completely reduced. Pressure is completely reduced when the air vent/cover lock has dropped. 2 servings
