Seafood Gambo

3 tb Corn oil
2 Cloves garlic; chopped
6 oz Squid
6 oz Ochre; chopped
1 sm Red onion; chopped
4 oz Mushrooms; chopped
4 Langoustines
6 Mussels
4 oz Prawns
1/2 Red pepper; chopped
1/2 Green pepper; chopped
1/2 c Tinned coconut milk
4 tb Barbecue sauce
4 oz Chopped kippers
4 oz Crab sticks
4 oz Spring onions; chopped
1/2 Chopped red chilli; (according to taste)


Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan. Stir in the garlic and stir fry.

Slowly add the rest of the ingredients in the listed order whilst continuing to stir fry.

When the final ingredient has been added, lower the heat and allow the mixture to reduce for 2 minutes while continuing to stir.
